1. Offences committed by organized criminal group;

2. Offences relating to sexual exploitation including sexual exploitation of children;

3. Offences relating to Intellectual Property;

4. Offences relating to environment crime;

5. Offences relating to tax evasion and other tax crimes;

6. Offences relating to piracy;

7. Offences relating to terrorism;

8. Offences relating to market manipulation;

9. Committing of any offence punishable with imprisonment for one year or above;

10. Offences prescribed by the Union Government that are applicable to AML Law;

11. Participating, Abetting, Supporting, Providing attempting to commit or conspiring to  commit any offence mentioned in above.

 

1. Terrorism including financing of terrorism;

2. Trafficking in human beings and migrant smuggling;

3. Illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;

4. Illicit arms trafficking;

5. Illicit trafficking in stolen and other goods;

6. Corruption and bribery;

7. Fraud;

8. Counterfeiting currency;

9. Murder, grievous bodily injury;

10. Kidnapping, illegal restraint and hostage-taking;

11. Robbery or theft;

12. Smuggling including in relation to cutoms and excise duties and taxes;

13. Extortion

14. Forgery.
