AML/CFT skills Training for Competent Authorities (24 April 2023)

Under the leadership of Anti-Money Laundering Central Body, AML/CFT skills Training for Competent Authorities opening ceremony was held at Ingyin Hall, Central Bank of Myanmar, 24-4-2023, 0930. U Kyaw Win Thein, Vice Chairman of the AML/CFT Working Group, Member of the Anti-Corruption Commission and Police Brig.Gen. Myo Thu Soe, Joint Secretary of Anti-Money Laundering Central Body, Head of MFIU made opening speeches respectively in that ceremony.

In connection with the opening of the course, the subjects to be taught during the course and the issues related to governance were briefly discussed and presented by Police. Col. Myo Min Htike, Deputy Head of MFIU. At that training, 24 participants from the Competent Authorities and 2 observers from Anti-Corruption Commission were attended.
